General terms of sale

What we collect. When you contact us, place an order or subscribe to communications, we collect: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and order details. Payment information is processed directly by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers.

Why we use it. To fulfil and deliver your orders, respond to your enquiries, manage after-sales service, comply with our legal obligations (accounting, tax), and — only with your consent — send you marketing communications.

Legal basis (GDPR). Performance of the sales contract, our legitimate interest in operating the website, your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

How long we keep it. Customer and order data is retained for the duration of our commercial relationship and then archived for the legal periods required by French law (typically up to 10 years for accounting records). Marketing data is kept for up to 3 years after your last interaction.

Who has access. Only Neda Tahniat and the service providers we use to operate the site (hosting, payment, shipping, email). They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. Your data is not sold.

Your rights. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to define directives regarding what happens to your data after your death.
